ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Aside from Bahaia - our studio owner - all other studio teachers are independent contractors who run their own programs and enrollment. Schedules, start dates, program content, duration, and pricing will vary. Our studio teachers are experienced and qualified professionals. We suggest consistently attending one class per week with the same instructor as the best plan for learning. Choose the course that best suits your schedule, and enroll directly with that teacher. General questions can be answered via our CONTACT FORM. Specific questions should be directed to the individual teacher. If classes are full or mid-session, please add yourself to the WAITING LIST for Bahaia's classes

Tuesdays
Dark Yoga
7:45-8:45pm
Traveling through darkness into enlightenment....
Amy P. RYT (she/her) is an Austin,Texas based registered yoga instructor. She started practicing yoga when she was 18 years old living in Houston,TX. Her journey really began in Austin, TX in the early 2000's at Eastside Yoga owned by her beloved teacher trainer Steven Ross. She went to classes daily at the studio and quickly became immersed in the practice and community. The studio opened teacher training courses under the name Sacred Roots Yoga School. She graduated from yoga school in 2014 and began her teaching career immediately.

"The need for an alternative yoga in Austin ran deep. I had 50 participants in my first class. I asked my friends why they don't do yoga. Their responses led me to create an alternative fitness experience. I wish everyone would practice yoga. The benefits are countless from focus to flexibility and the bonus of gaining community. I combined my love of yoga, lighting, heavy alternative music, and people to bring you this class. Expect to laugh, roar, move with the breath, explore and restore your body in a dimly lit room with a dark soundtrack at my class."
