ABSENCE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Learning requires dedication and practice. You will only get out what you put in. With this in mind, please limit your absence. Enrollment secures your spot in a class program that has set meeting dates, and limited capacity. There are no make-ups or roll-overs. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Classes purchased as pre-paid or pro-rated sessions must be used within the remaining time frame of the selected course. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Please be aware that participation in physical activities involves a higher degree of risk than normal activities.  Consult your physician if in doubt. Neither the instructor, nor the venue/facility can assume responsibility for the loss of personal property or injury to participants.

I hereby release Austin Belly Dance LLC, and any instructor, teaching assistants, or staff from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss or damage to my property and for all illness or injury to my person that may result from or occur during my participation in this activity.  I indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury of any person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission.
